Great to meet you!

I can help you tell the difference between the misleading voice in your head and the voice of your true self.

The people who enjoy working with me are looking for a change. What brings us to counseling is often pain. Pain can be called depression, anxiety, relationship issues, addiction or a myriad of other names, but good therapy can transform pain into insight. Name it- to tame it. I can help you acquire some new skills and challenge the beliefs that are no longer working. I help people find their truth and be more authentic. Internal Family Systems (IFS) serves as my primary therapeutic framework. With IFS we will discover the natural leader within you, capable of healing and guiding your inner system towards balance.

In 2016 I received my Masters of Counseling degree from the University of Colorado at Denver, and have specialized training in IFS (Internal Family Systems); Grief Training with the foremost expert, David Kessler; and Enneagram. I regularly work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, men’s issues, relationship issues, parenting difficulties, performance anxiety trauma. I am passionate about my work at People House where I’m a supervisor to masters-level counseling students in the final phase of their training.

My approach to therapy

My approach is simple: Help people find their truth and be more authentic. Most importantly, find love and compassion for yourself so you can share it with others. IFS (Internal Family Systems) is my go to therapeutic approach. I am also a Grief Educator trained be david Kessler.

What you can expect from me

I regularly work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, men’s issues, relationship issues, parenting difficulties, grief work and performance anxiety. To me, counseling should be a mixture of acquiring new life skills, accepting our selves and others and getting the support to challenge the beliefs that are not working in our lives.
