Great to meet you!

I graduated from Abilene Christian University in 2019 with a Master's of Marriage and Family Therapy.

I worked for a victim crisis center for 6 years.

I have my own practice where I see clients for telehealth therapy.

My style is laid-back and non-judgemental.

My approach to therapy

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with couples and families to help alleviate some of the most grievous situations and find a comfortable change.

As a trauma specialist, I focus on treating individuals with PTSD, the various aftereffects of childhood and/or adult sexual abuse, secondary trauma, domestic violence, depression/anxiety, the various aftereffects of 2020 and Covid 19.

What you can expect from me

As my client, you can expect a safe, welcoming environment with a therapist who is patient, accepting, and compassionate. You'll be provided with support and guidance as you're navigating through the ups, downs, and unexpected difficulties that come along in life. My practice is to work alongside clients as they explore possible solutions that seem right for their life circumstances. Your personal therapy goals will be the focus of our work together.
