Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides warm, compassionate therapy for adults navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, life transitions, and changes in identity. I have a particular focus on supporting highly sensitive women, mothers and birthing people through pregnancy, postpartum, birth trauma, and the early years of parenthood. I also work with adults in their 20s and 30s who may be struggling with perfectionism, self-criticism, relationships, boundaries, or feeling disconnected from themselves. I believe therapy can be a space to slow down, feel genuinely understood, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have gotten lost along the way.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a collaborative space where you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. Together, we’ll slow down and make space to understand what you’re experiencing, where your patterns come from, and what you need to feel more grounded and connected to yourself. I’m especially interested in helping clients develop greater self-compassion, understand the different parts of themselves, and feel more confident expressing their needs, setting boundaries, and making choices that feel aligned with who they are. My goal is not to tell you who you should be, but to help you better understand yourself so you can move through life with more clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and what has been feeling difficult or overwhelming lately. I’ll also learn more about your history, relationships, strengths, and what has helped or hasn’t helped in the past. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin—we can take it one step at a time together.
