Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or the effects of trauma begin making it difficult to enjoy your daily life. You may feel emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed by constant stress, or frustrated by patterns that seem impossible to break. Change isn't always easy, but you don't have to figure it out on your own. I work alongside people experiencing depression, stress management challenges, relationship issues, women's issues, and PTSD so they can regain confidence, strengthen important relationships, and create a life that feels healthier, more balanced, and more fulfilling. Working with adults, I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported while also encouraging you to recognize your strengths and take meaningful steps toward lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be both supportive and purposeful, helping you better understand yourself while giving you practical tools that create meaningful progress outside of our sessions. Together, we'll explore the experiences, thoughts, and emotions that have shaped your life, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and build healthier ways of responding to life's challenges. My approach incorporates Strength Based Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing because every person deserves an approach that's individualized, evidence based, and focused on lasting growth. Together, we can work through anxiety, panic disorder, emotional regulation, life transitions, family conflict, grief and loss, trauma, PTSD, relationship challenges, and stress, while tailoring every session to your goals, values, and personal experiences.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a therapist who is compassionate enough to support you, honest enough to challenge you, and committed to helping you make meaningful progress. I'll celebrate your successes, help you navigate setbacks without judgment, and encourage you to recognize strengths you may not yet see in yourself. Whether you're healing from trauma, strengthening your relationships, managing anxiety, or working toward a healthier future, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you while building practical tools that continue supporting your growth long after therapy ends. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more confident, more resilient, and empowered to create lasting change.
