I have worked for over 50 years in Community Mental Health and in private practice. I have worked with a diverse population and myriad problems,

I have been educated in a variety modalities, including, client centered, rational emotive, dialectic behavioral, and behavior modification.

I have worked extensively with alcoholics and adult children of alcoholics and run groups for the adult children of alcoholic population.

I will meet the client where they are at. I will try to learn as much as I can about their life and situation. I will look for imbalance in work/life and mind/body.
