As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Washington State and Florida, and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California, I enjoy meeting adults of all ages who are seeking help navigating the struggles life throws at us. My specialties include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, men’s issues, and PTSD, with my ideal client being anyone looking to face and overcome life’s stressors, depression, anxiety, anger issues, addictions, and/or crisis of faith.

My primary therapy styles are Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These forms of therapy are designed to address needs in a practical and time-efficient manner, so you can get to living more of the life you want to live.
