Great to meet you!

I’m a seasoned mental health professional with over 19 years of experience helping individuals navigate the complexities of life, relationships, and recovery. My background spans private practice, psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment, and intensive outpatient care, with a special focus on dual diagnosis — treating both mental health and substance use challenges together, not separately, because life doesn’t compartmentalize, and neither should therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded, evidence-based, and human. I believe in meeting people where they are, creating a space where honesty, humor, and healing can coexist. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you’re holding it together with duct tape and coffee, you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and deeply personalized — no one-size-fits-all scripts here. If you’re ready for real conversations, meaningful change, and maybe even a few well-timed dad jokes, let’s talk.
