Great to meet you!

This is your one and only life. Let's make it the best! My name is Jerry Giordano and I am a Psychotherapist committed to helping people become better versions of themselves. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston College and earned my Master's degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. When you sit across the chair from me, l meet you where you are and together we explore options and set goals.

My approach to therapy

My areas of focus include family relationships, grief, self esteem issues, PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction. Very few people get through life without battle scars. Some have more than others. l partner with clients to help them heal. It can be scary to face your fears. In the long run, though, it's worth it. Together, we embrace the opportunity. Together, we provide the outcome.

What you can expect from me

Life isn't always so easy to maneuver. I will teach you new ways to reframe the negative thoughts that may be holding you back in life. Negative thoughts lead to negative behaviors which lead to negative outcomes. I am a client-centered therapist who believes in a solution-focused approach.
