Having worked for the past 9 years as a Licensed Mental Heath Counselor and as a Registered Nurse for the last 3 years, I have helped hundreds of individuals grow to become the person they didn't believe they could be. I have worked with people from all walks of life, from children and families in the welfare system to millionaires. I focus on depression/ mood disorders, anxiety disorders, Men's and LGBTQ+ issues. I want to help you to learn the skills needed to reach your full potential.

I am blunt and to the point. I ask my patients to work through any discomfort they are experiencing by letting me know. That doesn't change the fact that it's been said, but therapy is about communication and developing those skills to communicate effectively. Most everything that is said by me is very intentional and I will not broach a topic if I do not feel that you are ready to go there.

You will: ultimately take away the skills necessary to communicate in a healthy way with those around you; gain the confidence to confront what is holding you back from moving forward; and learn more about yourself and what you can accomplish when you get out of your own way.
