Great to meet you!

I graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health. I am a bilingual therapist fluent in English and Spanish. I assist women, children, and teens in reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, postpartum anxiety, prenatal depression, menopause symptoms, suicide preventions, and common childhood behavioral problems, by encouraging the development of new skills.

My approach to therapy

I offer my clients a safe, nonjudgmental environment in which they can freely express their deepest thoughts, gain a sense of belonging, and learn techniques and skills that will assist them in overcomeing life's obstacles. In order to improve your quality of life and find a meaningful purpose, I will take a client-centered approach, giving you the one-on-one undivided time you require to feel heard and understood.

What you can expect from me
