My experience areas include stress and anxiety, parenting, mindfulness, self-esteem, grief and more. Primary focus being trauma and PTSD.

I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor treatment to best meet your unique and specific needs.

EMDR therapy option available.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am flexible in my delivery. I am often direct within a supportive and warm environment. Humor is necessary at times.

Much of my experience is in impacts of trauma and stress. I work with children and adults in various stages of need.

I try to support individuals in understanding their brain and the why behind behavior.

I want to help people make connections necessary to understand their current needs; and gain tools for moving forward in healing.
