Great to meet you!

Hey! I'm Jess (she/her) I’m a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to supporting individuals, families, and groups through deep, transformative healing. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that lasting growth begins when we connect back to our true selves.

I specialize in treating childhood trauma, PTSD, substance abuse, body image issues, eating disorders, attachment and codependency, relationship challenges, and grief and loss. I also have experience working closely with military service members and veterans, offering trauma-informed care that honors the unique needs of those who serve.

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University at Buffalo and have worked both nationally and internationally as an educator, counselor, advocate, and artist. My practice is informed by a deep commitment to recovery, learning, cultural humility, and the power of community healing.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My clinical style is holistic and creative —blending evidence-based practices with the exploration of mindfulness, somatic awareness, and nonverbal expression. I strive to create a therapeutic space that feels organic, safe, and welcoming for all identities and lived experiences.

What you can expect from our first session
