Great to meet you!

I am a Stanford Ph.D. and New York Psychoanalytic Institute-trained therapist and psychoanalyst. I use established tools of exploration to address issues including depression, anxiety, obsessionality, relationship issues, adjustment issues, and generally the problems that prevent us living our fullest lives. I am a transgender woman. I work with patients of all backgrounds. I work additionally with individuals struggling with issues of religious identity, gender, sexual orientation, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

As a classical psychoanalyst and a psychodynamic therapist, I am able to offer unparalleled tools for gaining the insight to treat not only surface symptoms of mental health struggles, but the underlying causes, the conflicts and traumas that shape our lives. My method is particularly suited for those struggling with transition and change in their lives.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create in my practice a welcoming and comfortable space to assist in exploring my client's thoughts, feelings and memories. I am available six days a week, with times either in-person or via telehealth that are flexible enough to suit even the busiest schedule. In my view, the client is always the first and most important priority.
