Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jess, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand.

Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware, but still find themselves struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, or difficulty feeling secure within themselves or with others. I offer a space where you don’t have to filter or perform—where we can slow things down and make sense of what’s coming up for you.

I work with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relational and family dynamics, codependency, enmeshment, dissociation, self-harm, and addiction.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and integrative. I draw from depth-oriented work (including IFS/parts work), somatic experiencing, mindfulness, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and EMDR.

I don’t view symptoms as problems to eliminate, but as meaningful signals from your inner world. Together, we explore how your nervous system, past experiences, and different parts of you interact—especially in moments of stress, disconnection, or emotional overwhelm.

This work supports greater awareness, emotional regulation, and the ability to relate to yourself and others with more clarity and choice.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a space to get to know you—at your pace. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping for in therapy.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. My role is to help guide the conversation in a way that feels supportive and grounded. We’ll also begin to get a sense of whether we’re a good fit and what working together might look like moving forward.
