Great to meet you!

My psychotherapy practice gives particular attention to identity exploration for all people. I work with an open-minded, affirming and direct approach. I am trained as an LGBTQIA+ individual and family therapist with specialization in gender dysphoria, PTSD and mood presentations. I encourage you to lean into the therapy process of self-exploration.

My approach to therapy

I am a firm believer that growth and the evolution of self can happen across a life-span. I use a patient-centered clinical approach in which you will guide the therapeutic process. I will provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to engage in the process of self exploration.

What you can expect from me

I work with people who may be exploring issues surrounding sexuality or gender identity, or who may be impacted by feelings of sadness, depression or anxiety. During our initial sessions, we will begin by building a foundation of trust. We will examine your inherent strengths to build feelings of empowerment and self-acceptance, and use those strengths to meet your treatment goals.
