Great to meet you!

My name is Jesse, and I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, Board-Certified Music Therapist, and Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher. I have worked for 13 years in practices ranging from private clinics to hospital settings, with a focus on supporting young adults to adults in social-emotional and mental health care through both traditional (talk-centered) and creative approaches to therapeutic care.

My approach to therapy

My approach to practice is deeply rooted in person-centered, relational and psychodynamic processes, integrating embodied, creative healing approaches to support wellbeing of the self as a whole. Additionally, I integrate my backgrounds in music-centered, mindfulness and meditation techniques to provide a range of avenues to collaboratively meet you and your aspirations for therapy. My work is always trauma-informed and culturally-reflexive, navigating with openness to your lived experience.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I can get to know your hopes for the therapy process and will gladly answer any questions, to make sure I'm the best fit for you!

From our further work together, you can expect to delve into a rich process allowing for greater insight, self-awareness and meaning-making. Additionally, you can expect to take away tools and thoughtful approaches to develop a greater sense of general wellbeing throughout day-to-day life processes.
