Great to meet you!

You already have the strength to turn things around. After more than ten years alongside people through some of their hardest moments, in inpatient and outpatient settings, I have seen what happens when someone finally gets the right support. I am here to be that steady, honest presence for you. Whether you are carrying anxiety, stress, or something you have never quite put into works, let's figure it out together.

My approach to therapy

I draw primarily from Solution Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which means we spend less time analyzing the past and more time building practical skills you can use right now. I also weave in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Strength-Based approaches, so we are always working from what is already working for you, not just what feels broken. Every person is different, and I will adjust the approach as we go.

What you can expect from me

You will have someone to genuinely listen to your situation without judgement and work with you to determine how you can get to where you want to be. Our first session is a conversation, not an intake form. You will share what has been on your mind, and together we will map out what you want your life to like on the other side. You will leave with a clearer sense of direction and the confidence that you do not have to figure this out alone.
