Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m Jesse, a bilingual therapist with two years of experience, and a proud graduate of Texas A&M University–Commerce. I’ve also had the privilege of serving in the Peace Corps, which deepened my commitment to community and connection. As a gay man, I value creating an inclusive and affirming space for all clients. I’m here to support you in both English and Spanish, wherever you are on your journey.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, non-judgmental approach where we work together to explore what matters most to you. I believe you're the expert on your life, and my role is to support you with empathy, curiosity, and respect. To make sure each session meets your needs, I’ll regularly ask for your feedback so we can adjust our work together in a way that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Each session will begin with checking in and checking progress towards any goals that you have created during previous sessions.
