Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) raised in Louisiana, and I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with who they truly are beneath anxiety, stress, and life’s challenges. Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. This may show up as overthinking, burnout, low motivation, relationship struggles, difficulty making decisions, or feeling lost in life.

I provide a supportive, down-to-earth, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, or challenges in relationships, I work alongside you to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life again. My goal is to help you build clarity, strengthen resilience, and move forward with greater self-awareness and confidence.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. Everyone’s experiences are different, which is why I use a personalized, flexible approach tailored to your needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we identify what’s holding you back, build practical coping skills, and develop tools you can apply in your daily life. My goal is to help you create meaningful change — not just insight, but real progress you can feel outside of therapy.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is focused on making sure therapy feels like the right fit. We’ll spend time getting to know what’s been going on in your life, what challenges you’re facing, and what you hope to change. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship concerns, or feeling stuck, we’ll begin identifying your goals and what support looks like for you.

This is a collaborative, relaxed conversation — not clinical or one-sided. I encourage you to ask questions and get a sense of my style, because finding the right therapist matters. By the end of the session, my goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and hopeful, with a clearer direction for your next steps.
