Great to meet you!

Hi and thanks for checking out my profile! I specialize in working with couples and individuals experiencing relationship issues. I also provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. My education is in clinical mental health and I have a wide range of clinical experience. I focus on the emotional connection between couples and helping individuals build thriving relationships with themselves and others!

A bit about my approach to therapy

My goal is to ensure I am meeting the goals of the client. I use an approach that views the client as the expert - which you are on your own life, circumstances, and everything that has brought you to where you are at today. My goal as the professional is to help you examine patterns and situations in your life and help you choose new ways to think and behave.

What you can expect from our first session

Within the first couple session you can expect to talk about your problems and goals. We then create a customized treatment plan and begin working toward those goals. Clients typically describe sessions with me as warm, understanding, friendly, and validating. My hope is that you feel welcome and also challenged.
