Great to meet you!

Proud Taiwanese American. (he/him/his). I earned a double major bachelor's from Colorado State University in 2015. Earned my Master’s in Social Work in 2021 from Metropolitan State University of Denver. LCSW!

I had the privilege of growing up both in the Mile High City (Denver) and in the beautiful country of Taiwan (Taipei skyline pictured in background). My personal experiences with intersectionality, inter-generational trauma, and identity development led me towards the word “empathy.”

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) lens and a psycho-dynamic perspective.

My personal experience has led to significant interest in men’s issues, difficulties with intersectionality, racial trauma, and inter-generational trauma. I aim to provide a safe space to navigate and process the impact of masculine gender norms, racial identity, cultural dynamics, and societal bounds.

What you can expect from me

I hope they can take a feeling of safety, warmth, empathy, and compassion. I aspire to have my clients feeling connected after a session. I hope to instill passion and inspiration for clients to connect with themselves and their loved ones deeper.
