Great to meet you!

So many of us have been cut off from our bodies, creativity, and exploring or expressing our authentic selves. I'm passionate about helping you revive those connections so you can live more of the life you want. Doing that often isn't easy, but it can be so worth it, and you deserve access to your full aliveness. My goal is to create a space where you can explore your diverse experiences and fully welcome all aspects of your multifaceted self. Whether you're looking to feel more connected and resourced, heal from trauma, shift patterns, or reclaim your voice, creativity, or agency, I'd love to support you.

I've provided therapy for over 6 years to adults and adolescents navigating a variety of challenges including trauma and marginalization. I have additional training in many modalities and a background in social services, community organizing, and creative and community projects.

Many o fmy clients what to go deep, whether that be to understand or express themselves better, transform patterns or wounds, or live more of their authentic self. Many are healing from trauma and want more than just talk therapy to build skills and get their lives back. I work with many LBTQIA+ people, and others with marginalized experiences who want to work with someone who someone who gets it.

**Note: My Headway calendar does not always accurately reflect my availability for initial consults and especially for full session times. Feel free to email me at [email protected] to schedule a free 15-min phone consult. If you schedule through Headway, I'll send you an email confirming our time.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is relational, collaborative, and holistic. We can find what works for your. In addition to curiosity, creativity, humor, and presence, I bring training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), expressive arts therapy, somatic/body-based and nature-based therapies, and more. This can help us go beyond talk therapy, and create real shifts and lasting change.

What you can expect from our first session

Sessions with me are trauma-informed and draw on many modalities, depending on what works for each person. I'm very informed by IFS/parts work - the idea that we all have many parts, often trying to protect us, and we can work with them to build understanding, and to shift patterns and pain. Working with the body can help us tune in, resource, process, and make change. We can also use images, art, writing, movement, music, etc, or nature connection to help process, support, or vision.

I see my role as collaborator and facilitator. I offer support, tools, and guidance to help you access the brilliance of your whole self and feel more connected to life and resource. Together, we can tap into the deep wells of nourishment and creativity within and around you and water what you want to grow. Feel free to reach out for a free 15-min consult.
