Great to meet you!

Hi there! I’m a bilingual Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC 14929) in California, and my practice is built on truly holding space; real talk, no judgment, and a safe space where you feel seen, supported, and understood. I’m passionate about working with transitional-aged youth and adults, helping through the messy, painful, or overwhelming chapters of life, and also the more severe chronic mental illnesses like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strength and reclaim your peace.

My approach to therapy

Therapy shouldn’t feel intimidating; it should feel like a safe, supportive space where your story is truly heard and honored as we navigate life’s challenges together. Using an eclectic approach and drawing from modalities like TF-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I help you move through discomfort toward confidence, independence, and genuine self-discovery.

What you can expect from me

Everyone experiences life through their own unique lens, which is why therapy is never one-size-fits-all. I work with your personal story and goals to identify what’s holding you back and create a strategy that helps you move forward with clarity and confidence
