Great to meet you!
Making the decision to begin therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you've been carrying your struggles alone. Whether you're feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply want to become the best version of yourself, you don't have to face it alone. Therapy provides a supportive space to better understand yourself, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. Seeking help is not a sign of weakness—it is one of the strongest and most important steps you can take.
For more than 13 years, I have helped clients navigate life's challenges with compassion, practical guidance, and evidence-based treatment. My advanced clinical training includes education at Princeton and Columbia University, and I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, panic attacks, substance use, relationship concerns, men's issues, life transitions, and sports performance. I also work with couples to improve communication, rebuild trust, strengthen connection, and break unhealthy relationship patterns.
My approach is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral (CBT), dialectical behavior (DBT), person-centered, and humanistic therapies. I believe lasting change comes from understanding both the individual and the broader context of their life, including family, relationships, work or school, culture, and other environmental influences.
Whether you're facing a specific challenge or seeking personal growth, my goal is to help you reduce symptoms, build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and create a more fulfilling life. You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. If you're ready to take the next step, I would be honored to help you move toward the life you want.
