Great to meet you!

I work with clients facing trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. Together, we will identify patterns, strengthen emotional balance, and develop clear tools for communication and boundaries. Treatment is collaborative and paced to help you feel grounded, supported, and capable of real change.

My approach to therapy

I employ a collaborative, integrative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. My style is affirming, solution-oriented, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique context, identity, and pace.

What you can expect from me

Safety, empathy, and respect form the foundation of my work with clients. Our first session focuses on understanding your reasons for seeking therapy, your history, and what you hope to accomplish. We will review confidentiality and consent, explore key areas of concern, and identify one or two initial goals to begin addressing. You can expect a conversation that is open, respectful, and straightforward. My hope is that you will leave with a sense of direction, a few practical steps, and a clear understanding of how we will move forward together.
