Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I provide therapy for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, relationship issues, self-esteem difficulties, marriage counseling, and couples therapy.

My therapeutic approach is personalized to meet the unique needs of each client. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Parts and Memory Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. By integrating evidence-based practices with compassion and understanding, I help clients develop practical skills, gain insight, and build resilience. I have experience in providing Christian counseling for those who wish to incorporate their faith into the therapeutic process. I also embrace a holistic approach to healing that recognizes the connection between mind, body, and spirit.

What you can expect from me

I understand that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming. Taking the first step toward therapy often requires courage, especially when facing difficult emotions or life circumstances. You do not have to face those challenges alone. Together, we will identify the areas of your life that need attention, develop a treatment plan tailored to your goals, and work toward lasting growth and healing.

My goal is to provide a warm, safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. It would be an honor to support you on your journey toward greater well-being, healthier relationships, and a more fulfilling life.
