Great to meet you!

I understand that life’s challenges—whether from trauma, grief, depression, or relationship difficulties—can leave you feeling lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected. I’m a compassionate and experienced therapist who works with teens, adults, and couples navigating these complex experiences. I’m committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel truly seen and heard. My goal is to empower you to move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and connection.

***Please note: I do not accept insurance for couples or relationship therapy. These sessions are self-pay only.***

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative approach tailored to your unique needs, combining Gestalt, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), inner child work, and compassion-focused techniques. For couples, I draw on Gottman and emotionally focused informed methods to help strengthen communication and deepen connection. Therapy with me is collaborative and rooted in empathy, curiosity, and respect, helping you explore recurring patterns and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

Clients leave therapy feeling more understood, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re seeking individual healing or wanting to strengthen your relationship, you can expect to build greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and meaningful connection. Together, we’ll work toward healing old wounds and opening pathways to renewed meaning and fulfillment.
