Great to meet you!

The therapeutic space I create is one where you are accepted exactly as you are today. I believe the connection we build together is where true healing happens, a collaborative process driven entirely by your needs. I specialize in working with adults and couples navigating trauma, PTSD, grief, attachment struggles, and depression. Whether you are processing past pain, facing major life transitions, or working through current emotional stress, we will move at a pace that feels safe for you.

***Please note: I accept insurance through Headway for individual therapy only. Couples therapy is offered strictly on a private-pay (out-of-pocket) basis. Feel free to ask about my couples rates during our initial consultation.***

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in the present moment, honoring all emotions as natural parts of the human experience. I integrate ACT, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and process-oriented work to support your growth. When helpful, we may look at how earlier life experiences or younger parts of yourself show up today. We focus heavily on expanding your awareness of your choices, encouraging personal agency and response-ability in the real world. I am EMDRIA-trained in EMDR, helping you move past simply knowing you are worthy on a logical level so you can truly feel and believe it in your heart and body.

For those facing persistent trauma or depression, I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) as an experiential doorway to support breakthrough healing. For couples, I blend Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) with practical Gottman tools to heal root attachment patterns and build lasting connection at home. You don't have to carry this alone, reach out today to begin.

What you can expect from me

Clients leave therapy feeling more understood, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re seeking individual healing or wanting to strengthen your relationship, you can expect to build greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and meaningful connection. Together, we’ll work toward healing old wounds and opening pathways to renewed meaning and fulfillment.
