Great to meet you!
I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life stress. Anxiety can show up as constant worry, racing thoughts, or feeling on edge. Depression often looks like low energy, loss of motivation, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others. Trauma can include past experiences that continue to impact how safe, grounded, or in control you feel today.
My work focuses on helping you understand the patterns underneath what you’re experiencing so we can begin to shift them together. I use evidence-based approaches, which means methods that are supported by research and shown to be effective.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps you identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck. Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) focuses on understanding emotions and strengthening connection, especially in relationships. Family systems therapy looks at how your relationships and family dynamics influence your experiences, helping us work through patterns that developed over time.
I am especially passionate about working with couples and families who want to improve communication, rebuild trust, and feel more connected. I also offer faith-integrated counseling for clients who want to incorporate their spiritual or religious beliefs into the healing process in a way that feels meaningful and aligned.
Above all, I aim to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and non-judgmental, where you can show up as you are and feel understood.
