Great to meet you!

It’s okay to need support. Life can become overwhelming when anxiety, mood changes, trauma, depression, or panic begin affecting your ability to feel like yourself. You may notice your mind won’t slow down, your sleep is off, or it’s harder to focus and keep up with daily responsibilities. When stress builds or world events add to the weight you’re carrying, it can start to feel like too much to manage alone. Many people reach a point where coping strategies no longer feel like enough, and that’s often when support can make a real difference.

I believe care should feel personal, not rushed or one-size-fits-all. I take time to understand your story, not just your symptoms, and create a space where you feel comfortable being open without fear of judgment. I’ll be honest and supportive, helping you make sense of what you’re experiencing while offering guidance that feels practical and manageable.

My goal is to help you feel more balanced, clear, and confident in navigating your day-to-day life.

My approach to therapy

Feeling constantly on edge or overwhelmed can make everyday life harder than it should be. I support individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, OCD, and difficulties with sleep or concentration.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized. I take time to understand your experience and create a space where you feel safe and heard.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and understand what’s been going on in your life. We’ll explore your current concerns, patterns you’ve noticed, and what you’re hoping to feel differently. I’ll also gather some background to help guide treatment. By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of next steps and what working together can look like.
