Great to meet you!

I’m a compassionate mental health professional with 15 years in clinical practice in NJ. I hold a doctorate degree in social work from Rutgers University and have dedicated my career to supporting individuals through a range of emotional and psychological challenges. I specialize in areas such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and have certifications in family therapy and trauma-based treatment approaches.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates evidence-based therapies like CBT, trauma-focused approaches including Trauma Centered Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), EMDR, and mindfulness-based strategies.

What you can expect from me

I aim to provide a safe, affirming, and culturally responsive space for healing—especially for those who have experienced childhood trauma, sexual abuse, family disruption, or systemic oppression from a BIPOC, LGBTQ, or other marginalized lived experience. I welcome working with individuals and family systems to support and guide a pathway to heal from trauma, navigate life transitions, and reconnect with their sense of purpose. I am grounded in evidence-based clinical theory and direct practice to support a client's emotional wellness goals.
