Great to meet you!
I'm someone who truly values connection, and I consider it an honor to help people as they navigate life changes. Whether you're adjusting to a new chapter, working through emotional challenges, or just trying to figure out what's next, I offer space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported.
I earned my Master's degree from Kean University, where I now serve as a professor in the counseling program in the counseling program. I've spent many years working with adolescents and young adults and understand how societal pressures, cultural expectations, and systemic issues can all impact mental health. As a culturally competent clinician, I work with awareness and care for how identity, environment, and lives experiences shape our inner world.
