Great to meet you!

Hi, I am Jessi, and I believe that therapy works best when people feel genuinely seen, safe, and understood. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can show up exactly as they are while working towards meaningful change.

I work with individuals that struggle with anxiety, depression, life stressors, navigating relationships, self-esteem issues, trauma processing and PTSD, and emotional overwhelm. Whether you are feeling stuck, disconnected, or simply trying to better understand yourself, therapy can be a place to slow down, process, and grow.

Reaching out can feel vulnerable, so I'm glad you are here! I look forward to helping you move towards greater clarity, confidence, and balance.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I value authenticity and believe healing happens through both insight and connection. I tailor each session to Client's needs and draw from evidence-based approaches while keeping therapy conversational and human.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know what's bringing you in and what you're hoping to get from your therapy experience. I'll ask some gentle questions about your current concerns, history, and supports, but there's no pressure to share everything at once. The goal is to create a comfortable, collaborative space where you feel heard and not rushed.

We'll also begin identifying patterns, strengths, and possible goals for our work together. By the end, you'll have a sense of how I work and what future sessions may look like, along with time to ask any questions.
