Great to meet you!

My name is Jessie. I have been in the medical field over 7 years and mental health has been my area of passion. Whether you have lost a loved one or are just trying to manage life, I am here for you. I am committed to helping patients and helping finding solutions to whatever they are enduring, being reliable, practicing with integrity and empathy, and having compassion. Three very common feelings clients share before getting help are feeling:

Overwhelmed – symptoms feel unmanageable, constant, or exhausting

Isolated – feeling alone, misunderstood, or disconnected from others

Hopeless – uncertainty or fear that things won’t improve or that help won’t work

Other frequently reported feelings:

Anxious – persistent worry or fear about daily functioning

Ashamed – self-blame or stigma around needing help

Stuck – knowing something is wrong but not knowing how to change it.

Whether its any, all, or none of these symptoms, let's connect and have a treatment plan suited just for you!

My approach to therapy

I have an background in substance abuse, depression, and ADHD among other disorders. I am open to any one in any walk of life. The following are the type of patient approaches I will provide : Safe – patients will feel emotionally protected, not judged, and able to be honest;

Empathetic – you will feel deeply understood and genuinely cared for;

Collaborative – you will feel involved, respected, and empowered in their own care. I will also guarantee Compassion, Grounding · Trust-building

Warm · Attuned · Empowering

Nonjudgmental · Supportive · Patient-centered care.

What you can expect from me

During your first session we will address your concerns and get to know one another. You can also expect compassion. Being passionate about mental health matters because it directly affects how people live, connect, and survive. At its core, mental health work is about restoring hope, dignity, and helping some rebuild their life. It reduces suffering.

Mental health care helps people make sense of pain, trauma, anxiety, and depression—often at moments when life feels most overwhelming.
