Great to meet you!

I was born and raised here in Littleton Colorado. After graduating from a Jefferson County High School, I attended Metro State College (now University). Building on my love for psychology and working with children I went to the University of Denver and obtained my Educational Specialist degree (EdS) in School Psychology. As a school psychologist I worked with students from preschool to 21. I opened my own private practice in 2018 to focus on supporting youth.

My approach to therapy

Being a child/teen is so challenging: from high demands, busy schedules, friends, family, technology etc. My goal is to support youth in finding their voice. To build skills, ask for what they need, and regulate emotions.

I hold certifications in: Sandplay (CST), Trauma (CSST), Assessment/Evaluations, and EMDR. I also use techniques from CBT, DBT, trauma, mindfulness, play, art, and development.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a warm, calm and open setting for all who enter. My goal is to not only build skills and support youth in the present moment but instill the importance of seeking support during difficult times.

Our first session would be a short introduction with parents and youth. This allows us all to meet and discuss strengths and challenges. Sessions following would be between myself and youth using a variety of techniques to best meet the goals created.
