Great to meet you!

I’m a warm, open-minded, and holistic Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who focuses on helping clients feel genuinely understood and supported. My approach integrates evidence-based medication management with practical lifestyle guidance, compassionate listening, and collaborative goal-setting.

I believe care works best when clients feel safe, respected, and empowered. I take the time to understand each person’s unique story—mind, body, and environment—so we can build a treatment plan that feels manageable and aligned with your values.

My style is down-to-earth, non-judgmental, and conversational. Many clients appreciate that I explain things clearly, check in often, and move at a pace that feels comfortable. I value cultural humility, spiritual sensitivity when appropriate, and meeting clients exactly where they are in their healing journey.

I provide thoughtful medication management and support for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD (intrusive thoughts, obsessive thinking, Pure-O), ADHD, mood disorders, life transitions, and stress. If desired, I incorporate self-compassion work, motivational support and cognitive reframing. My goal is to help you feel grounded, confident, and capable in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative, and holistic approach to care. I help clients better understand their symptoms, reduce fear, and regain a sense of control through medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive interventions. For OCD and anxiety, I reinforce ERP-based principles and coping strategies during sessions. For ADHD, part of the treatment plan may include stimulant treatment when clinically indicated. My practice primarily focuses on psychiatric medication management with brief supportive therapy integrated into visits.

What you can expect from me

A comfortable, conversational appointment where we discuss your concerns, symptoms, history, and goals. I move at your pace, explain what to expect from treatment, and answer any questions you may have. You’ll leave the session with a clear plan, next steps, and the reassurance that you’re not navigating this alone. At present, I am accepting new patients ages 18+ only and am not taking new minor patients.
