Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jessica Armstrong, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I’m so glad you’re here. I know life can feel overwhelming at times, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I earned my Master’s degree from USC and have been working in the mental health field for over 7 years.

I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can show up authentically, feel understood, and work toward meaningful change. I especially enjoy working with millennials navigating high-functioning anxiety, perfectionism, high-stress careers, relationship challenges, disordered eating, OCD, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. My approach focuses on building insight, emotional balance, and practical coping tools to help clients feel more grounded, connected, and confident in themselves and their relationships.

My approach to therapy

I have a collaborative, supportive, and down-to-earth approach and I like to keep it real. I create a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment, while also challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

I draw from approaches like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care to help you better understand your thoughts, regulate emotions, and build practical coping skills you can use in everyday life.

I often work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions, with a focus on improving self-awareness, communication, and emotional resilience. Above all, therapy with me is about helping you feel understood and giving you the tools to move forward with confidence. If you’ve been holding it all together for everyone else, this can be your space to focus on you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, you can expect a relaxed, supportive space where we get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you in. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, current challenges, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, there’s no pressure to share everything all at once.

We’ll begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you, whether that’s managing anxiety, improving relationships, or feeling more like yourself again. I’ll also walk you through how I work and answer any questions so you can feel comfortable moving forward.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and a little more at ease about the process.
