Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm a creative arts therapist and talk therapist. I believe that creativity is essential in-terms of reimagining the possibilities of our life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative. I work from an embodied, mindful, and creative lens, exploring patterns that may no longer be serving you while highlighting the parts of self that are adaptive.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that clients will be able to disrupt old narratives while being able to integrate new stories and aspects of themself. Addionally, building a healthy and supportive therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of this work.
