Great to meet you!

I am a Clinical Therapist committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, strengthen emotional well-being, and develop the tools needed to create meaningful and lasting change. With a professional background in social work and mental health services, my clinical experience has shaped my understanding of the complex ways life experiences, relationships, and environmental stressors can influence emotional health and overall functioning.

I hold a Master of Social Work from Barry University and a Bachelor of Social Work from Florida Memorial University, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida with training in trauma-informed care. My clinical focus includes treating anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma-related concerns, and substance use disorders, using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed strategies, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-focused interventions

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach emphasizes individualized, evidence-informed care, with a focus on strengthening coping skills, increasing self-awareness, improving emotional regulation, and fostering resilience. I aim to work collaboratively with clients to identify meaningful goals and develop practical strategies that support their emotional wellness, relationships, and quality of life.

What you can expect from me

My therapeutic philosophy recognizes that healing is not a one-size-fits-all process. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their concerns, gaining insight into patterns of thinking and behavior, and developing healthier ways of coping. I value the therapeutic relationship as an essential foundation for growth and believe that feeling heard, understood, and respected can help individuals build the confidence needed to move forward.
