Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

Hi I’m Jessica, A Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker providing virtual therapy in Massachusetts and Florida.

I work with adults navigating periods of change, relationship challenges, burnout, or the feeling that something in their life no longer feels aligned.

Many of my clients have spent years adapting to responsibilities, relationships, family roles, or expectations and reach a point where they begin questioning what they actually want, what still fits, and what they’re ready to do differently.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin therapy. You do need to be willing to look honestly at yourself and tolerate some uncertainty along the way.

My work is relational, collaborative, and active.

My approach to therapy

I meet clients where they are, integrating relational, attachment-focused, parts-informed, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches based on each person’s needs and experiences.

My work is grounded in an understanding that we don’t develop in isolation. Culture, family, identity, relationships, and the environments we move through shape how we understand ourselves and what we’ve learned to expect from ourselves and others.

Many of the ways we relate to ourselves and others began as adaptations that once served an important purpose. Therapy creates space to understand those adaptations without judgment while considering what still serves you, what no longer fits, and what you may want to do differently.

This work tends to resonate with people who want more than a place to vent and are willing to sit with some discomfort and consider perspectives that may challenge how they’ve understood themselves or a situation.

What you can expect from me

You can expect me to be warm, engaged, curious, and direct.

I’ll listen carefully, ask questions, notice patterns, and help you slow things down enough to understand what’s happening beneath the surface. We’ll also consider what you want to do with that understanding.

Some seasons of life don’t come with immediate answers. Therapy can be a place to become more comfortable with uncertainty without rushing to force clarity before you’re ready.

My role isn’t to tell you who to be or what decisions to make. It’s to help you recognize where you have choices, strengthen trust in your own judgment, and move through your life with greater intention.
