Great to meet you!

Dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children, adolescents, women, and families, Jessica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) clinician trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), EMDR, and The Nurtured Heart Approach. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, and perinatal mental health challenges, using a compassionate, strengths-based approach to help clients build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve lasting growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. I believe in creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), EMDR, and The Nurtured Heart Approach, I help clients identify strengths, develop effective coping skills, process difficult experiences, and build resilience. As a Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) clinician, I also provide specialized support to individuals and families navigating pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, infertility, loss, and the challenges of parenthood. Together, we work toward meaningful, lasting change that improves emotional well-being and overall quality of life.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where we begin getting to know one another. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, relevant personal and family history, and the goals you hope to achieve. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the therapy process and determine whether we are a good fit. Together, we will identify your strengths, explore challenges, and begin developing a plan tailored to your unique needs. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path forward.
