Great to meet you!

Do you ever feel stuck in patterns that no longer feel right for you, or disconnected from who you truly are? I believe therapy is an opportunity to peel back the layers of conditioning, expectations, and patterns we've developed throughout life to reconnect with our authentic selves. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel safe to explore, grow, and move toward a life that feels more intentional, fulfilling, and aligned with who you truly are.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is conversational, collaborative, and guided by your individual needs and experiences. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing practical tools to navigate life's challenges. Together, we'll explore patterns shaped by childhood experiences, conditioning, and learned expectations, and identify the beliefs that are not true and may be keeping you stuck. We'll work to recognize these beliefs, challenge them by examining the evidence, and develop new ways of thinking and responding that help break cycles that no longer serve you. My goal is to help you build a deeper understanding of yourself, develop trust in your ability to create change, and move toward a life that feels more intentional, fulfilling, and aligned with who you truly are.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and understood as we begin getting to know one another. Through active listening and thoughtful questions, I'll learn about your experiences, what brings you to therapy, and the challenges you're facing. We'll begin exploring the thoughts, patterns, and core beliefs that may be contributing to these challenges, while also discussing your goals and what you'd like to get out of therapy. This is a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment, and begin working toward a better understanding of yourself and the changes you'd like to make.
