Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and finding a therapist you feel comfortable with matters. I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, people-pleasing, boundaries, self-esteem, and major life transitions. I believe therapy should be a space where you can be honest about what you're experiencing without fear of judgment. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and feel more confident creating the life and relationships you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe you know yourself best, and I see my role as providing support, perspective, and tools to help you navigate challenges in a way that feels authentic to you. I won't tell you what you should do, instead, we'll work together to explore what's getting in the way and identify strategies that fit your life. I use an integrative approach drawing from CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy, tailoring our work to your individual needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

  1. Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and for you to share what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, what you’d like to be different, and what you hope to get from therapy. I’ll answer any questions you have and begin getting a sense of how I can best support you. Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable, heard, and free to be yourself.
