Great to meet you!

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and depression. I take a direct, open-minded, and solution-oriented approach to care, with the goal of understanding what you’re experiencing and developing a treatment plan that fits your needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines thoughtful medication management with individual therapy and behavioral strategies. I focus on understanding the factors affecting your mental health, whether that includes anxiety, ADHD, mood changes, OCD, PTSD, sleep concerns, or substance use. Treatment is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your circumstances.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to talk openly about your concerns, symptoms, history, and what you hope to change. We’ll work together to identify priorities and determine whether medication management, therapy, behavioral strategies, or a combination of approaches may be most helpful moving forward.
