Great to meet you!

Welcome—I'm so glad you're here. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of populations, including individuals experiencing homelessness, veterans, teens, those navigating substance use, maternity care, hospital settings, and the legal system—amongst many others. My approach is deeply client-centered, honoring your lived experience and emotional truth while supporting growth at your own pace. I specialize in, but am not limited to, working with anxiety, ADHD, relationships and trauma, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your strength and clarity.

My approach to therapy

I work with my clients through a collaborative, client-centered approach that honors their lived experience, emotional truth, and unique strengths. My practice blends clinical expertise with intuitive insight, creating a space that is both structured and emotionally safe. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, relationships and trauma, and I support clients in navigating identity development, emotional regulation, and relational healing, to name a few. Whether we’re working through grief, stress, or life transitions, I tailor each session to meet the client where they are—using expressive tools, psychoeducation, and practical strategies to foster resilience and clarity. My goal is to help clients reconnect with their inner resiliency and move forward with compassion, confidence, and purpose.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, you can expect a warm, grounded space where your story is honored without judgment. I focus on building emotional safety and clarity, helping you feel seen and supported as we begin to explore what brought you in. Together, we’ll identify your goals, name what feels heavy or stuck, and begin mapping out a path that feels manageable and aligned with your needs. Whether you're facing emotional challenges, navigating change, or simply seeking support, I’ll meet you with compassion and curiosity, tailoring our work to your pace and preferences. My aim is to help you leave that first session feeling a little more understood—and a little more hopeful.
