Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jessica Beaston, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with over 16 years of experience. I help people break the cycle of daily stress by encouraging them to try new things, step outside of their comfort zones, and create lives that feel more satisfying and aligned with who they truly are. I also specialize in women’s mental health, including challenges related to pregnancy, motherhood, intimacy, and the many stressors that can impact both emotional and physical well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, welcoming, and grounded in curiosity and empathy. I strive to create a safe space where you feel supported, heard, and gently challenged to grow. I’ll encourage you to move toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques to help you manage emotions, build healthier patterns, and create a life that feels balanced, empowered, and aligned with your values.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming space to share your story at your own pace. We’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy and begin identifying your goals. After each session, I encourage time for reflection — and if you’re open to it, I’ll offer resources or practices to support your growth between sessions. While a lot can be accomplished in our time together, meaningful change often continues outside the therapy room — and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
