Great to meet you!
At moments in our lives, we may find ourselves trying to survive overwhelming relationships and experiences. Through identifying patterns and giving language to personal experiences, we can develop a deeper understanding and appreciation for the ways our brains and bodies survive the world around us. Jessica offers a non-judgmental space for exploration into the way we feel, think, and move through the world. Jessica received her Master’s degree from Bryn Mawr College and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
