Are you struggling with managing stress and anger? Do you feel overwhelmed with day-to-day tasks or have trouble falling asleep because you can't turn your brain "off"? I strive to support each client through empathy, education and humor. I am passionate about working with clients to help process challenges, to gain skills or provide some extra support during life's transitions. I have worked with all ages in hospital settings, outpatient, addiction treatment and community settings. My specialties include anxiety disorders, ADHD and substance use concerns

My approach to therapy

In sessions I use an eclectic style of different approaches including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing and trauma informed care. Based on your individual goals, I use what works best for you. I focus on joining you where you are at and working together to tackle the uncomfortable with effective tools and strategies.
