Great to meet you!

Over the years I have successfully treated a wide variety of mental health concerns including stress, chronic depression, LGBTQ+, grief/loss, stress management, relationship issues, substance use, and career/life goals. If you have been struggling with depression, anxiety, and/or panic attacks, let's get to the bottom of it!

My approach to therapy

Self doubt, low motivation? We got this! Every individual, couple, and family that I have had the honor to work with is unique and has their own specific needs. Because of this, you can expect custom treatment planning with measurable goals and activities.

What you can expect from me

I primarily utilize a strengths-based approach, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered, and mindfulness. I ensure I meet clients where they are at to help them achieve their goals, giving them a safe space to heal.
