Great to meet you!

My passion is empowering families! As a dual-licensed psychologist with 9 years of combined school and clinical experience, I partner with families and children to build skills to manage symptoms of anxiety, ADHD, depression, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is deeply client-centered. I trust my clients to guide the sessions, allowing us to explore both their emotional struggles and practical needs. I love equipping clients with practical strategies and resources for immediate use, but my passion lies in doing the hard work of processing through emotional stuck points. My evidence-based approach ensures effectiveness, but I also believe in drawing from a diverse toolkit to truly tailor my approach to each unique individual.

What you can expect from me

I help children reach their full potential while equipping parents with the tools to confidently support them. Through comprehensive assessments, I pinpoint children's unique needs & guide effective interventions. In a safe, supportive therapy space we explore challenges, build skills, and process emotional stuck points.
