Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and retired Air Force veteran specializing in trauma, depression, and anxiety. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT to support healing and personal growth. My military background helps me recognize silent struggles and create a space where you don’t have to perform strength you can just be. Therapy with me is honest, compassionate, and tailored to your journey. Taking the first step is brave, and I’m here to walk with you

My approach to therapy

I believe your healing deserves more than a one-size-fits-all approach. If we decide to work together, it’s a partnership I bring the clinical tools, you bring your truth, and together we do the work. I’m big on honest conversations, mutual respect, and creating a space where you feel safe enough to unpack what’s heavy. I’ll listen, challenge, and support you with compassion and a little humor when it fits. Taking the first step is brave, and I’ll be right there with you as you start moving toward something lighter.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we focus on getting to know you not just your symptoms, but your story. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what you hope to get out of therapy. You won’t be rushed or judged; we’ll move at your pace and start building trust from the jump. I’ll explain how I work, answer any questions, and together we’ll start mapping out a plan that feels doable and tailored to your needs. It’s okay to feel nervous just showing up is a powerful first step, and I’ll be right there with you.
